WHALE WATCHING Season: March until April

We are very lucky in Boa Vista that we not only get Turtles but also Humpback Whales! These huge mammals visit us yearly within the bay of Sal-Rei to mate and spawn. Between the months of March and May, you have the once in a lifetime opportunity to go out onto the ocean in a Catamaran and witness the whales in their natural environment; Playing, jumping and breeching from the water! You are also accompanied by a marine biologist who will give a briefing about this natural phenomenon!
